2008 PTA Reflections Program
Fiction or non-fiction
Prose, poetry, drama, song lyrics, and short stories
Do no exceed 2000 words
Grade appropriate grammar, punctuation, and spelling
No larger than 8 1/2 x 11”
May be illustrated
Must be in a manila file folder with the official entry form stapled to the back of the folder
Include original and 1 other copy
Original work of one student
Up to three dancers
Costumes not necessary but if used created by choreographer
Any music must be credited and documented
Not to exceed 5 minutes
Both videotape or DVD and container must be properly marked and placed in a large envelope
Printmaking, Drawings, Painting, Collage, Computerized Art
No larger than 24 x 30” including mounting and matting
May not exceed 3/8” thickness
No frames
Mount artwork on a sturdy backing
Masking tape entry form to back of artwork in a sheet protector
Reflections is an annual contest held by the National PTA. The contest starts at the local level and the top selection in each category will move forward to the Ohio PTA for judging. The best entries from each state compete at the national level. Loveland PTSA will recognize all participants, and a special recognition for those whose entries move forward.

Audio Cassette or CD must be submitted
Audio cassette or CD (properly labeled) must be in a plastic or cardboard container (properly labeled) then placed with manuscript in a 9x12” envelope
Tape entry form to outside of the 9x12” envelope
Be sure to answer the required questions
on the entry form
